Step 1: Empty your bladder before insterting the balls into the Vágǐnálné
Step 2.one ball should be inserted at a time.Inserting them is similar to insertR-Ï-ň-g vanginal tampons.
If you have trouble inserting them,lift one leg up or ball remove
step 3: To hold the balls in the vagnina,squeeze first the muscles of your body for ball removal.
Step 4: Kegal balls should be held inside your Vágǐnálné for at least 15 minutes a day so that your PC muscles are strengthened.For a better workout you can hold them inside for longer.
4. After finishing your exercise lie down ,relax and pull on the silicone retainer tail.
5. After removing separate the silicone retainer and metal balls abd carefully clean.
